MATTERS ARISING FROM PREVIOUS MEETING
'King of' updates since last meeting, TT? No more results received in last month.
See website http://www.nzmpba.co.nz/national-events/ drop down menu. PC to send result template to TT for inclusion of NCMPBC results
I have talked with PC he has sent results and template to TT. He has not heard anything back from TT and is not going to keep chasing after it.
Amy to find out about ex rental ex lease laptop for NZMPBA.
I have found a website called thunder store with refurbished laptops and still looking at the laptops and doing research we are looking at between $280 to $400 and still seeing which one will be the best for the NZMPBA.

Trevor to send out introduction Letter to clubs
have done also attached the recommended scrutineering RTR for club days running under the NZMPBA third party insurance.

All have agreed that there is a $500 limit for refurbished laptop

General Business
CC wanting to run a sanctioned event in November 2022 No action taken as did not get dates.
Calendar on web page being changed by non-committee members
We need to find someone on the committee to take over records and treasurer as PC is happy to do it in interim GH?
Put up in forums about treasurer and records collator needed
All agree to take down sanctioned event for October 22 to 24th
Rulebook is finally ready to go out for consultation. Just need to sort out revised scrutineering form if needed
