GH - NZMPBA facebook page needs to be revamped. Proposes creating an NZMPBA facebook group – ongoing. GH and TT to work on.

PC to create a drop-down menu on NZMPBA web page of links to model boating club's facebook pages, NZ and International. Done

Motion to accept 10s max cells,  42 volts, max 6000 mAh capacity. For 1/8 electric Scale Hydro leaving motor and ESC open as at present.

GENERAL BUSINESS

AGM – JB stepping down from Sec/Treasurer.

Who is standing for re-election. GH, BH, MS? TT, PC not PF JB

Nats pre entry form – returns? GH 6 returned so far.

Rule Book Ongoing – one further member Rule book consultation (6 week) before finalising at years end for 2022 edition.

AGM – Rescheduled to the Saturday evening prior to the Wellington Offshore on 13 November at 7 pm by Skype, or at 44 Mossburn Grove, Kelson, Lower Hutt for those wishing to attend in person. Please contact the secretary at jc.belworthy@xtra.co.nz to register for skype attendance with skype address or just indicate if attending in person.

At AGM we would like new blood on Comm, please consider volunteering to be nominated. Four members are continuing so we would like to see at least 4 nominations for committee and higher office to replace those stepping down.

Calendar 2022 - Put a request out to clubs to submit their proposed calendar. The committee proposed that a condition of being granted an NZMPBA sanction for a regatta be that a report of the event be submitted, which includes the results and a brief narrative. The results are going to be required for the collation of the new 'King of ' Events and ultimately the Presidents Cup.
