I thought it would be nice to note down some of the things the Hamilton club has achieved over the last year.

 One of the first things is at the top of this page. The old logo was updated. It is not too different from the old but definitely an improvement.

 The sandwich board that is put out at the lake entrance. This was painted white and the new logo put on.

 Club shirts. Most members took the opportunity to purchase a club shirt with the new logo embodied. Members that went to last years nationals had extra embroidery on there shirts to which they could add to with future trips to the Nats.

 The club purchased a gazebo 3m/6m with one end wall.

 The club also purchased a new rescue boat which had its first outing at the Rotorua 100. The foam frame on the front of the dingy was also made, and I hope that it will be more user friendly than the last.

 2011 was the first full year of club race days with the results listed below.

 The club also hosted three rounds of the offshore series (Hamilton, Taupo & Rotorua). I would like to personally thank the following people who help host theses events: Gordon White, Andrew Meek, Bob Gutsell, Steve Trott, Kerry O’Reilly, Dave Liddle. Without help from members these events would not be possible. If you have not had the opportunity to run in any of these events then I urge you to give them a go. They are a lot of fun and it is an opportunity to met boaties from other clubs around NZ.

I would like to thank all members who have taken part in club activities over the last year. Without your support the club would not be able to update and maintain the equipment needed to host club days and inter club events.

A special thanks to members that do a lot of work for the club behind the scenes, organising events/helping to run them, bookings with council. These members offer there time even if they are not taking part on the day.

I have taken out the 4 worst months for each person, however you still get turn out points. These are not taken off you. In some cases you will see that place points have been taken off the total but not the 85 turn out points. Yellow highlight is your four worst months. Green highlight shows a month where your turn out points have been kept but your placing points taken off.
