MATTERS ARISING FROM PREVIOUS MINUTES;

1. Scrutineering
Working on streamlining the scrutineering process to speed up starting of racing.
Peter has created a self scrutineering sheet he hopes to trial at the next Wellington Offshore meet.

2. Crackerbox rules
Hull length shall be minimum 1070mm (42 inches) and a maximum of 1245mm (49 inches)
Minimum Beam shall be 380mm (15 inches)
This aligns us with the USA organisations.

3 Rule Book updates
GH has completed all the upgrades ready to send out to members for the mandatory 6 week consultation

3. Offshore updates
Have been completed ready for publication to the membership for the mandatory 6 week consultation.

Do we implement new rules for this year or start beginning of next year?

Proposed we announce it at the AGM for discussion with the view to implementing from 1 January 2019 Regarding modification to Offshore points.
