Big ups to Brad though Trev, that's gotta be his best result ever. He deserved it to, drive well all day.

Haha, Malc cracks me up, he started the day by quietly telling me that anytime he saw me coming he was going to get out of my way and let me past. Well and truly psyched me out he did. Never got to pass him all day!

Entries have now closed and we are up to 19 in the main OS event and 8 Cats entered for the Scrap. Weather is looking promising for Sunday too. The Crazy Man triathalon event is running at the same venue and between 9 and 10 am the kayaks will be traveling up river and into the dead arm. When they have all completed the course we will start open water for practice at 10 am and racing at about 10:30 am. The Cat heats (2 rounds) will be held between the OS rounds.

See You Sunday, gate open 8:30 am.

Next event 14 August WMPBC round 3 we have 12 entries so far

A Wellington club event but open to all, entries closed today, but will hold open till Tuesday evening if there are any late entries. Understand if not as Taupo is the following Saturday, then again a good chance to tune up for the big event.
