😮 I have just been perusing the calendar for the 2016 Off Shore series and it is great to see nine events for the year, but I am a little disappointed with some of the timing of the events. We have two situations where there is only a week apart for two events the first one being Waiarapa then a week later at Tauranga and the second one is Picton then a week later at Waiarapa again. It does not worry me to much but there is going to be an awful lot of travelling involved and I know some of our members can simply not afford to travel to all the meets let alone half of them not only money wise but also for family reasons. If you look at it geographically Taupo is considered to be half way as it has the largest contingent attending, so then we have three events north of Taupo and five south including one in the South Island. I personally believe the timing of some of these events is wrong and we should have at least a month between them or at the minimum three weeks. Cheers Sorry 😯
