While entries were a little lower than hoped for, the day of racing was still heaps of fun with some really close battles, which is what we all enjoy the most, staying close and where small mistakes can define the outcome of a race. Conditions for the day were perfect, fine and warm with just the slightest breeze.
The reliability of everyones boats was very good, and many heats were completed with all driving back to the pits, there were no ding ups on the day, all the guys really are getting to know each others driving “styles” and it shows that most are thinking about where to make the best pass, and on the same token those being passed are holding their lane making it safe to be passed too.
A special thanks to Megan and Ash for putting on another yummy lunch, and did anyone see where the left over chocolate cake went !?
