MATTERS ARISING;

1> Website.
M Bindon has written a short brief and posted it to the forum outlining the basic needs for photos to be used on the home page. He is still working on finding an appropriate photo editing program.
Full site redevelopment to be considered later.

2 > NZ Offshore Series.
General discussion around whether the series should focus on the same boat being used all year, or to open that up to be based on the driver, ie they can use multiple boats as conditions dictate or if damage occurs etc. All committee to think about this further for more discussion at next meeting.
M Bindon to send a copy of the standard scrutineering sheet to all committee for further discussion at next meeting.

3 > NZMPBA Membership cards.
The current membership applications have all been ratified, membership cards to be prepared and sent out as required.

4 > 2015 National Champs

5 > IRMS Battery.
S Trott gave a brief update regarding the IRMS battery, it appears a similar battery will cost approx $450.00. Enquiries are continuing regarding the potential of using a small petrol generator instead.

General Business.

1 > Rule Changes.
The new rules became active at 6th April, J Belworthy to work with P Collier to update all as required. J Belworthy to convert entire updated Rule Book to Word format and send to S Trott who will save onto the NZMPBA external hard drive.

2 > NZMPBA AGM.
Since the Nats failed to occur then the AGM was not held either. There was general discussion around how to manage that outcome and move forward with achieving the critical functions especially the election of officers. It was decided that S Trott would develop a draft proposal on gathering nominations for the Officers positions for further committee consideration, and for the time being the remaining committee would continue to act in a caretaker role until this is sorted.
The Financial Report, Presidents Report and Minutes of the 2014 AGM can all be sent as attachments to the e mail to go to all members which calls for nominations etc. We will advise that the following are still willing to continue in their current roles, subject to other nominations, all to be ratified at the Taupo Offshore which is when we will likely have the next biggest turn out of the membership to vote on the above.

3 > 2016 NZMPBA Championships
General discussion resulting in P Fowler needing to get absolute confirmation the South Island venue being considered is actually going to be available.
