CORRESPONDANCE;

1> Insurance renewal terms and invoice
2> P Collier and J Belworthy enquiry regarding clarification of PX Class.

MATTERS ARISING;
1> NZMPBA Insurance.
It has been identified that the wording regarding insurance in the Health and Safety guideline needs reviewing to align it with the current insurance aspects. This is still a work in progress with either S Trott or J Belworthy to convert the current PDF copy into a word doc so it can be modified as required.

2> Website.
M Bindon to contact P Bretherton regarding instructions on how to load the roll over pictures on the home page. P Anderson also to approach a family member who might be able to help with this aspect. Full site redevelopment to be considered later. This all remains as a work in progress

3> Class Restructuring.
S Trott presented the various National Champs Considerations and Petrol Class proposals, all as attached, the outcomes as follows:

National Champs Considerations
1> Add notes to Protocols Document
2> Add to National Champs notes
3> P2 Hydro not to be included on Nats entry form.
4> Merged nitro classes to be updated to Nats entry form and Nats notes.

NZMPBA Rule Book updates, all as attached.
All 5 proposals moved by S Trott, seconded by M Bindon, carried unanimous.

S Trott to e mail all to J Belworthy who will pass onto P Collier for inclusion in next Propshaft.
Also to be sent to M Bindon who will post to the Forum.
The membership application and renewal form also needs to go out in Propshaft.

Electric Class Proposals. All as attached.

P Anderson moved all Electric Class rule revisions, seconded by J Belworthy, carried unanimous.
