Firstly you are guessing that the electric motor and propellor can provide enough airflow for adequate cooling.
Secondly, you are relying on an electric motor and battery in a damp and hot enviroment.
This not a reliable system in my opinion.
Short circiuts and poor connections could be a problem if corrosion occurs.
A cool clamp made of slightly flattened copper pipe with an inlet and oulet is the easiest solution.
It is wrapped around the cyinder head. Cheers
