Well done guys what an awesome day although results didn't go my way. Some great clean racing and that's what this sport/hobby is all about. Sun strike was a bit of a problem but it was the same for everyone. Hey guys, lets sit down and think hard about today. In my mine it could not be faulted. We need more of this type of racing and if we do have more, we will attract more competitors. Once again not only to the home club but to everyone for making today one that won't be forgotten for a long time. Cheers Sorry.

Too Right Brian, well done to Matt and Birmy for pulling it all together, but also to everybody else who turned up and pitched in with pitting rescue boat etc. and I mean EVERYONE. It really made a difference for a day to be remembered for awesome hard and clean racing and outstanding comradeship.

The only thing stopping more of the these events is having people to organise them and even more importantly people turning up to race and help run them. T'was sad to see the Hydro/Oval feats series die a grim withering death as they had potential to engage those not interested in Endurance/Offshore racing. Still need to think about how we do this.
