A big thanks to everyone that contributed to the running of this new event. I know that bob and steve have put in a lot of time organising the hydro fests. thanks also to the hamilton club for setting up the coarse and kerry for helping to run the event.
There was some great racing and I look forward to seeing some photos and maybe video on you tube.

Yeah what an awesome weekend's racing, everytime we race we lift the bar for New Zeland Model boat racing. I don't think I've ever seen Racing that fast and furious with so few (none!) incidents.

Also particular thanks to Damian and Darcy for helping with course set-up and carting everything back to their place on Saturday night.

It's occured to me we should also start running an Overall and Thunder Down Under points, not for the trophy but just using the same points system tally to really get the interclub thing going.
