Hi Folks
If you haven't entered yet you can still pay an extra $5 and get yourself in for next saturday's event.

Here are you entries as I have recorded them for next week's event, please check that I have your details correct.

Matt Bindon I have switched you to your alternate frequency to avoid clashing with Birmy.

Leigh Marsden I have you down for 29.825 as per your request tonight.

Ian and Leon we'll have you guys in seperate heats for for the 2 20 minutes heats , but bear in mind we'll quite likely cobine both groups for the 60 minute race depending on how much attrition we get in the first two heats.

Please don't hesitate to let me know if I've got it wrong somewhere. It happened once before 😉

Sorry the Formatting is stuffed up Here's the code
Your Name, Paid/Not Paid, NZMPBA #, Class Radio Frequency

Don't forget to make sure that all boats have number board brackets fitted.

Thanks to the Hamilton Club for another great day of racing. To my pit B't'h thanks for your help because of him we got back on the water to finish the days racing and to Steve T for letting me use his sun glass in the 1 hour racing cause some of the course I couldn't see as the sun move over the course. It was great to catch up all the north island guys again an have such good fun with you all an I got to give Bob a bit more stick which he returned an thats what its all about. There was some great racing on the day with all the classes an even some of those B class boats did very well an in general everyone had a great tme and yes the racing is getting harder.

Cheers Tery

Hey all,
Thx to the Hams club for another wicked offshore event. Challenging conditions but clean and fast racing, seems to me now that getting a placing is a lot more than just being reliable and finishing, you have to be fast too.
I am super impressed with everyones efforts helping each other out, pitting and all the normal stuff, many thanks also to the rescue guys and the BBQ cooks, that hot food went down a treat on such a cold day !
My thx to Bob and family for the accommodation for the weekend, much appreciated.
I cant wait for the next round !
See ya all back in Hams next month for Rnd 2 Hydrofest.

Cheers, TUI.

Sounds like you had a cracker race day and congrats to those exceeding 100 laps. It would appear that collectively we (from WMPBC) have a bit of work to do before the Taupo 100.

The Entry Form for Round 5 in Wellington on August 12 is now on the calendar. But before that is Round 4 (Picton) on 28 July. 🙂
