Hi All

Hope everyone is keeping safe and well during these tough times.
We are holding the Final round of the Offshore series at Sladden Park on the 14th of November.
As long as alert level 2 or lower stays.
You will find the entry at the below link or on the NZMPBA website. No late entries will be accepted.

Hi all
Entries to the NZMPBA final round of Offshore close this Monday the 8th November.
At this stage we only have 5 entries if numbers do not increase unfortunately we will have no choice but to cancel the event.

Thanks Trevor and Amy

Hi,
If Waikato is still in their current lockdown level or a level that prevents their travel then given the series leader would be affected by not being able to attend, then perhaps should be cancelled anyway ?
Would also encourage that the event format is looked at, ie make it enduro type racing not sprint racing...

Cheers, ST.

Good morning all
After much thinking and contacting members from up north that wanted to attend our offshore event. We have made a decision to cancel the final round of the Offshore due to it being unfair on those that can not travel that are on the top of the leaderboard due to Covid 19.
We have been continuously in contact with them hoping alert levels would change this is not going to happen in a week and if it did it would be still unsafe for them to travel.
Lets hope next year is better. We as a club are going to change our format for offshore events for next year. Feed back would be much appreciated.
Thanks
Trevor and Amy

Hi Trevor & Amy,
While its not what anyone wanted, the above is the fair and pragmatic outcome, so good on you for making the call, its never easy as we all want events we plan to go ahead.
You already have my comment on format, so will leave that for you to consider with any and all other you get.
Congrats to Birmy in the mean time for winning 2021.
Lets all look forward to a better 2022.
Cheers, TUI.
