RULE Book Update. Carry over from matters arising

The scrutineering guide was discussed and a further tick box and clause has been added requiring the entrant to confirm they have read and are conversant with the current rulebook and in particular those rules applicable to racing events that the above scrutineered boats may be entered in.

The new single volume draft rulebook has been reviewed and is now ready for the six week 'consultation period' among the NZMPBA wide membership.
