MATTERS ARISING FROM PREVIOUS MINUTES;

Regarding contact with Brent Mills on website and Bob re face book Work and Health issues meant GH did not get round to it last month will try this month.

Murray has printed several copies of NZMPBA Logo on vinyl that are available for cost of postage to members from Secretary or treasurer.

GENERAL BUSINESS

Presidents Cup points debacle

With reference to the 2019 AGM Minutes as posted on the NZMPBA Forum.

As the wording in the rules are ambiguous regarding competitors eligibility for points the NZMPBA Committee has ruled that this years Presidents cup competition is cancelled pending rule clarification and re adjustment for 2020 racing year. New rules will be published for membership perusal by early November.

Committee is continuing to look at the rules

Committee has noted issues with IRMS at Taupo offshore and feels maybe we look at upgrading our computer and or whole system.
