Correspondence Discussion
1. Committee discussed and up held complaint
Secretary to write to Mr Anderson with the outcome.
2. The committee discussed Mr Andersons letter of complaint and feels it has no jurisdiction as the complaint is the result of personal e-mails between the two parties and not directly involving the NZMPBA
3. Documents were signed by President and Secretary together with Common Seal and reposted to HCC.
4. Letter from Peter Anderson. Re- Day fee there is merit and as printed in last months Minutes to be put forward and discussed at the AGM. Re- Not giving membership mandatory 6 weeks notification of rule changes , Secretary replied to Mr Anderson that it had in fact been done and pointed out the e-mail address it was sent to. Re offshore points system they are always open for discussion and modification to make things fairer for competitors
5. Letter from Steve Trott
A. Face book for NZMPBA Andrew Colqhoun set it up with Bob Gutsell GH to touch base and see about re distributing Administration to committee members.

GENERAL BUSINESS
Committee is continuing to look at the rules
Murrays one off regatta entry fees
Murray suggests we put forward a remit at the AGM setting a fee of $25 for those who only want to compete at a one off regatta each year to cover insurance for them.
Fail-safe’s Murray raised an issue he has had with dynamite fail safes not always shutting of his engine. Scrutineers should be aware for boaters using this brand with Spectrum radio gear.
Increasing participation in our sport Peter suggests maybe we do a survey attached to the rear of our membership form to survey what people have in the way of boats and what events they want to run in.
