MATTERS ARISING FROM PREVIOUS MINUTES;

1. Scrutineering
Working on streamlining the scrutineering process to speed up starting of racing.
Peter has created a self scrutineering sheet he hopes to trial at the next Wellington Offshore meet. (Meeting got Cancelled due to weather)

GH has completed all the upgrades sent out to members for the mandatory 6 week consultation

Timing Equipment
The 2 sets of Electronic timing equipment have been donated to the NZMPBA by Carl Hansen. One set for the South Island and 1 set for the North Island. The current clubs in possession of each set of equipment are simply caretakers on behalf of the NZMPBA.

Offshore rules
A review is pending on a tweak of the rules regarding things that are not being done properly or can be dispensed with at regattas.
