Hi All,
The BOPMPBC is hosting a day of 2 Lap Sprints at our venue, Thunder Valley, 11th August 2018. It is the only surveyed and sanctioned course in NZ where you can currently come to attempt and gather 2 Lap Sprint records.
The course has just been survey checked and is within millimeters of being perfect !
We are also working hard on installing the electronic / laser timing technology for this event as kindly and generously provided by Carl Hansen.

Just to dangle even more of a carrot, and working in with the Lakes Club who ran a very successful Oval race day at Mangakino, then we are also offering a similar day of fun oval racing the day after on Sunday 12th August to make it a double header for the weekend.

Don't worry if the forecast is for wet weather, we now have a roof over the drivers stand and tents for the hotpits !

You can enter one event or the other or both, its an "enter what you have" arrangement, and the oval racing classes will be made up to suit entries.
