MATTERS ARISING FROM CORRESPONDANCE
1 Peter Anderson Electric Offshore Racing. General consensus from the committee is Peter should be given every opportunity to have a go and trial electric power for the first year , review and make appropriate changes to come up with a viable option to see it continue.
2 Association has sought a reviewer of the accounts to approve for the companies office.
3 Bruce Clarke Resignation from Committee. Committee accepts with regret and appreciates his input over the years.

MATTERS ARISING FROM PREVIOUS MINUTES;

1 > T Emerson report on transponder system
Update from Trevor Emerson re Trialling at Masterton Offshore.

Action – Transponders are programmable to adjust for tracks of various sizes and will be trialing again at the next Masterton round in 2 weeks.

2 > Consolidated Rules Update the pages in the rule book on the web site

Get original word doc off Bob then up date then place onto the web.

Action GH to do this.

General Business
1 Incorporation GH to contact Andrew Colquhoun re insurance and need for incorporation.

2 Question for Bob Gutsell are you doing the Offshore points collation for the rest of the year.

3Taryn Olsen our web assistant is charging us $30 an hour to do anything on our website.
He is not giving us advice on how to work our web site unless he gets paid.
Suggest we try and get instructions to get us through to the next hosting bill then we join Face Book and run from that.
4We need to go back through the AGM Minutes next meeting
5 We need to look at getting the Calendar together for next year by December.
