SPEED RUN / OPEN OVAL CLUB RACE DAY

Central Model Power Boat Club invites you to our Speed Run and Open Oval Race Day on Sunday the 4th March 2012 at Lake Hakanoa.

Set up and scrutineering from 8:30am, Drivers Briefing at 8:50am. The faster we are setup the sooner we can be on the water.

Entries to me at hellbent_racing@hotmail.com by Friday 2nd March 10:00pm, so I can have an idea of numbers and draw the Open Oval Heats. Please indicate Speed Runs, Open Oval, or both, Boat name, Class, and frequency. Flat $5 entry fee for whole day, payable on the day.

Speed Runs will be run in accordance to the NZMPBA Racing Rules, this includes the 87db noise limit for any NZ Records. If you are chasing an NZMPBA record, ensure you are financial for 2012.

8:50am Speed Run Drivers Briefing
9:00am Speed Runs
12:30pm LUNCH BBQ
1:00pm Open Oval Heats (5 Lap Sprints)
2:30pm Open Endurance (All classes, anticlockwise M course) 20mins
3:00pm WATER CLOSED (Pack up)

Looking forward to seeing how fast some of our boats are and hopefully see some records nudged.
