Hi All
We are postponing Round 3 of the offshore series from Saturday June 20th, to Sunday June 21st same time same venue, due to the heavy rain forecast for ALL Day tomorrow.

Sunday is by far the better day and we are making this call to protect your transmitters and go someway preventing the model boating area at the Hamilton lake becoming a quagmire!

For those that need to get away early on Sunday we will do everything we can to get your heats running back to back to help with an early get away.

Apologies for any inconvenience caused but boating during a full day of heavy full day of PREDICTED heavy rain does not make sense.

Hi all
It certainly seemed to be worth our while delaying by a day. A steady 15-20 knot south westerly guaranteed awesome offshore conditions with the very odd smattering of rain.

Congrats to Tony Christiansen for taking our overall line honours and to Terry Riddiford for a well earned second place. Big Red was relegated to third after having some dramas in the 60 minute final.
