MATTERS ARISING;

Website.

M Bindon is still working on finding an appropriate photo editing program.

Full site redevelopment to be considered later.

2 > NZ Offshore Series.

General discussion around whether the series should focus on the same boat being used all year, or to open that up to be based on the driver, ie they can use multiple boats as conditions dictate or if damage occurs etc. All committee to think about this further for more discussion at next meeting.

M Bindon to send a copy of the standard scrutineering sheet to all committee for further discussion at next meeting. J Belworthy or T Riddiford to contact P Collier for a copy of the scrutineering sheet he has.

3 > NZMPBA Membership cards.

The current membership applications have all been ratified, membership cards to be prepared and sent out as required.

4 > IRMS Battery vs Generator

S Trott to investigate generators further, at this stage it appears we need a 2 > 2.5 Kva Pure sine wave machine

5 > Rule Changes.

J Belworthy to send out the draft revision of the sections of the Rule Book for all committee to check and comment as required.

6 > NZMPBA AGM.

Electronic Election of Officers:

P Anderson to complete the Presidents Report and send to J Belworthy, S Trott to send 2014 Financial Statement and 2014 AGM minutes to J Belworthy. J Belworthy to then send all this out by e mail to the membership with the Election of Officers information previously drafted.

B Clarke to get set up with Skype and start “sitting in” on Committee meetings.

7 > 2016 NZMPBA Championships

P Fowler has confirmed availability of a venue for this regatta, he will send out some images of the venue and an area / address description.
