Gravitar allows you to have a global avatar picture that will be automatically added as your profile picture on this website and almost any others you join automatically.

Simply start by going to http://en.gravatar.com/
At the top click on login/signup
Once signed up you can add a photo (any photo)
Done

It may take a couple of refreshes but your gravitar avatar will now show everytime you login to the new NZMPBA website.

Thats how I did it, works sweet, pops up on other forums like Intl Waters too etc...
