I joined the then NZMMA way back in 1975 so have been around a while.
There are is only 2 active members that have been around longer so can claim to have more grey hair than me 😀
Have seen a lot, and been party to a lot of changes and improvements to our organisation over the years.
Nick name was bestowed on me by Dave RPM Richardson from San Jose USA in the 80's on one of his trips down under coz everyone was giving me shit about the stink from using nitro in my K&B 3.5 speed stick whilst they used methanol only.
Enjoy all aspects of our hobby including administration.
Have had many years on committee plus President in the early90's.
Currently Secrertary/Treasurer for my second stint.
Hold 2 records and won a few national titles over the years
Currently race Lite All star U7 scale hydro and testing Winstone Eagle U10 (Lobster Boat)
Have an almost RTR cigarette with an ASP61 in the shop

Reside in fine sunny Marlborough (Home of the fastest speed course in the country)
I am a fighter for what is right within our sport and Association and speak for the general membership.
I have no hidden agendas when it comes to working for the Association.
